Restaurant Elektra

When preparing food we use local ingredients from local farmers. The meat is preserved using the sous vide method, placed in resealable bags or jars and cooked in a water bath at a low temperature for several hours. This allows the meat to retain its juiciness and flavour. As a base for our sauces we use demi-glace, which is an honestly drawn broth
from wine, veal bones and vegetables. And we also offer delicious homemade desserts,
