The concept of Restaurant REPUBLIKA is based on the first republican tradition of the RADUN house. We offer our guests experiential individual gastronomy with wine pairings, a quality coffee menu, a range of premium rums and other gourmet experiences. The suppliers of ingredients and beverages are largely regional producers. The green herbs are grown right in the garden, which is part of our terrace. You will know the difference! Our sincere wish is that our food not only feeds you and tastes good, but also brings you an extraordinary experience and inspiration. RADUN was founded in 1928 with this theme in mind, and we respectfully continue.
