Last year we introduced you to the JAMAI CAFE U Přehrady café, which is located by the shore of the Luhačovice dam. The beautiful weather is slowly knocking on the door and this year you can also look forward to sitting on the sunny terrace of this café with freshly roasted coffee and something to eat. However, we bring you a news from the wellness world, which they have prepared for you in the adjacent Pension U Přehrady, located directly above the café!

The wellness complex, which is surrounded by nature, is based on indoor and outdoor saunas. Here, you can fully immerse yourself in a traditional sauna experience, where the harmonious combination of elevated temperatures and dry air will revive your energy and boost your immune system.

Those looking for an authentic marriage of relaxation in nature will enjoy the outdoor barrel saunas. One sauna is herbal and the other provides views of the surrounding countryside. The pleasant warmth and scent of wood only further enhance the peaceful atmosphere, creating a harmonious environment conducive to relaxation of body and mind.

The spacious Finnish sauna, which is heated to 90°C and is entirely lined with wood, also offers a view of the Luhačovice dam and the surrounding forests.

The relaxing effects of the water have also been thought of in this wellness complex, and the whirlpool has not been forgotten. The warm water and gentle massage jets, along with a good bottle of wine, are something that will completely immerse you in a relaxing environment.

But that's not all that the spa here has to offer. You can also book a professional massage for a complete regeneration.

Less important is the place of calm and rest between sauna sequences. For this purpose, a tepidarium has been built, which is a heated room with loungers that allows you to relax or meditate quietly with just your thoughts. Relaxation loungers are also provided in the outdoor area, providing refreshing seating and relaxation in the fresh air.

After relaxing for coffee and dessert

Access to the spa is not conditional on staying at Penzion U Přehrady, so anyone can come here. You don't have to go on holiday and you can visit the wellness centre even if you are a local or staying in another facility in the area.

Before or after entering the wellness centre, we also recommend visiting the aforementioned café JAMAI CAFE U Přehrady, which is located below the guesthouse.

Comfortable and relaxed seating

The front part of the café is a spacious sunny terrace, which provides a breathtaking view of the water level and the surrounding forested nature of the White Carpathians. In inclement weather, you can take advantage of the indoor area, which is so glazed that you will not be deprived of this beautiful view. The café also has a new conservatory, which provides a great space for larger gatherings or smaller parties. The bike storage is also great, as the shore of the reservoir directly invites you to go for a ride. And if you'd like to relax in silence, just walk a few steps above the café and sit on the elevated terrace, aptly named the Oasis of Tranquility.

Quality coffee from our own roastery

The cafe offers two types of coffee per day on the grinder, which is roasted in their own coffee roastery in Uherský Brod. If you like the coffee, you can buy freshly roasted beans to take home. In case you wish to please someone with a gift from your travels, then we recommend buying a limited edition Luhačovice coffee in original packaging. The café also offers homemade desserts to sweeten your life, cocktails and mocktails according to the seasonal offer and a large selection of alternative milks.
