This traffic sign indicates a parking lot where drivers must visibly display a parking disc (parking discs are commonly available at newsstands) inside their vehicle. The supplementary sign indicates the time period during which free parking is permitted. The time of arrival must be marked on the parking disc; as a temporary measure, a piece of paper with the time written by hand may also be placed in plain view (example: “Arrived at 10:30.”).
