The best times to drink mineral water are in the morning before breakfast (between 6:00 a.m. and 8:00 a.m.) and in the afternoon before dinner (between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m.). Traditional spa porcelain cups are recommended for the drinking regimen. Drink the cup containing the basic therapeutic dose of mineral water slowly (over 2–3 minutes). A break of about 10 minutes should follow before drinking the next cup. A slow walk is very beneficial while drinking mineral water.
