Our house is located in a quiet residential area near the healing spring Aloiska, close to the center, but away from its hustle and bustle. The property is after a complete renovation (2015). The pleasant environment of the 3 apartments offers relaxation and rest for your soul. The facilities meet the criteria of demanding clients. The rooms are equipped with wide beds with quality mattresses. Of course there are separate full-value kitchens and sanitary facilities. WI-FI is available in the entire property. Each unit has its own entrance.

Would you like to live in Manhattan, the African wilderness or Renaissance Venice? The newly renovated Vila TERRA offers 8 fully equipped air-conditioned apartments including a closed parking lot. You will find yourself in total privacy just minutes from the spa colonnade. In the morning you will enjoy a rich breakfast, during the day you can relax in the swimming pool or whirlpool, where you have free access between 8 am and 6 pm. Each apartment has its own specific design and it's up to you which part of the world you want to go to.

The Prague district is a place where architecturally interesting villas were built at the beginning of the last century. They were a favourite residence of important artists of the last century, e.g. the painter František Pečínka, the famous impressionist, the daughter of Bedřich Smetana Zdeňka Heydušková, the important pianist, the academic painter Oto Ottmar and the composer Leoš Janáček.

Villa Pod Lipami attracts with its comfortable rooms and a beautiful view of the spa park, offering an ideal environment for a peaceful stay. The stylish interior of this villa, located right in the centre of the spa, creates an atmosphere of comfort and elegance. For tennis enthusiasts, the location next to the clay tennis courts is a great attraction.

The charming and very remarkable Villa EVA in the centre of the Luhačovice Spa was designed and built in the spirit of poetic functionalism by the prominent Zlín architect and builder Viktor Jandásek. The 1939 villa was completely renovated in 2019 with the aim of preserving the First Republic atmosphere, but in a modern and comfortable style. Villa EVA is located in close proximity to the Boutique Hotel RADUN**** and the spa's Municipal Swimming Pool.

Villa Patricie is located in Pozlovice near the Luhačovice dam. It offers comfortable accommodation in the privacy of a family house in double and multi-bed rooms and two apartments. The maximum number of guests is 60. All rooms have a shared kitchenette on the floor. STANDARD rooms have mostly balconies or terraces and a separate bathroom with shower and toilet. The older ECONOMY rooms have a separate sanitary cell across the corridor.

The Panorama Apartment House offers accommodation in 2 to 6-bed modern apartments, which will allow you to feel "at home" and enjoy your holiday to the fullest.

The most popular location for accommodation in Luhačovice. Mineral spring only 2 minutes walk and you are in the centre in 5 minutes. Near the villa there is a park with Marion lake surrounded by old lime trees. In particular, the composition of modern materials and solid wood have been used.
