The main topic will be the city's investments in 2020. More than 48.5 million will be discussed, the largest part of which (43%) is for infrastructure renewal (road reconstruction, parking areas). Citizens will also be interested in the new transport terminal, which should start serving the public later this year, and new bus stops covered with greenery will be unveiled. Investments in education, revitalisation of green areas, support for local districts are in the pipeline. "We want to make our investments this year transparent to our citizens. We want to know their opinions, to know what problems they have and to look for ways to solve them. I would like to invite all those who are not indifferent to our city to the large meeting room of the town hall on Wednesday, 11 March at 5 p.m.," said Mayor Marian Ležák.
