Since 2010, the concept of the restaurant has been designed not only for hotel guests, but also for non-guests who can enjoy an exceptional lunch or an experiential 3-course evening menu.
The restaurant of the Augustinian House Hotel has long been one of the most respected restaurants in the Czech Republic. In 2020, it was ranked 16th in Maurer's TOP 100. In the TOP LIFE CZECH competition, which evaluates the quality of Czech gastronomic establishments, it has defended two 2 Golden Lions, which confirm the top gastronomy.
What can those interested in the menu box look forward to?
- Ahead: salmon gravad lax with dried egg yolk, dill buttermilk and pickled cucumber
- Main Course: Confit lamb shank on bear garlic puree with glazed carrot and thyme demi glace (asparagus/noodles)
- Dessert: Augustinian heart with mango and orange confit
- 1x bottle of Pálava 2020 white wine from the virgin harvest of the Pavlovian tracks at Boží muk and U Kapličky. It is a dry, fresh and fruity wine. Limited edition only for Augustinian House

People who order the menu box can enjoy a gourmet menu prepared by a professional chef. A guide, including videos, has been compiled on how to easily complete the 3-course Easter menu.
"We decided to meet our guests and other interested parties with our menu and offer the flavours and aromas of the Augustinian House at least in this way," says sales and marketing manager Roman Tat'ák."
We are planning to deliver the menu on April 1 and 2, 2021 free of charge for the Zlín, Olomouc and South Moravia regions.
