The Brno Folklore Association of Friends of Good Wine, Music and Dance strengthened the women's singing component of Švekrus last year and all members started to train hard. The group's year-long work culminated in a summer camp in Kladná Žilina, where a Sunday afternoon performance was also held at the local picnic ground. The band of songs and dances from the area of Zálesí, Kyjov and Kopanice was compiled by Mrs. Monika Vašíčková for this occasion and the local visitors liked it very much. We will be happy to visit here again next year.
