Luhačovice hosts the second year of the tourist show

The Zlín and Luhačovicko tourist area extends from Zlín and Otrokovice to Vizovice, Wallachian Hats and Uherský Brod. On its territory you will find the Vizovice Hills and the White Carpathians, the urban tourism of Zlín or Uherský Brod and the spa in Luhačovice. The individual tourist destinations of this destination, local producers and individual regions of the area will be presented on Saturday 11 September at the Our Village, Our Joy show.

"Last year we organised the show for the first time. We want to show people how diverse our region is and advise them where to go to see interesting monuments and architecture, where to taste local delicacies or where to take a trip with children," says Jana Pastyříková, manager of the destination company Zlínsko a Luhačovicko.

Directly in the centre of the spa, on the Spa Square, there will be a musical programme from 10:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., with bands, songwriters, a musical trio, choirs and dancers, complemented by interactive workshops for children, as well as tastings and small sales of regional food, such as jams and marmalades, herbs or beer from a local microbrewery.

"There will be a blues band, the rock band Freedom and dancers from local Charleston's Crazy Flappers," invites Jana Pastyříková to the event. "Some micro-regions will bring a choir, others will bring dance classes or songwriters. At the stands, people will find farm delicacies as well as an overview of what there is to experience or discover in Zlín and Luhačovicko."

The Zlín and Luhačovicko Tourism Society is one of the tourist regions of Eastern Moravia, which also includes Kroměříž, Slovácko and Wallachia. Each of the regions offers a different offer - Slovácko for cycling, folklore and wine, Wallachia for the mountains and Wallachian traditions, Kroměříž for UNESCO monuments, Zlín and Luhačovicko for urban tourism and architecture, spa and mountains, which are not yet so much discovered.

"We promote the destination through, among other things, a tourist blog or carefully planned trips by local excursionists," specifies Jana Pastyříková and adds: "But we also wanted to have our own event where we meet locals and visitors somewhere other than the online world."
