In recent days, the Luhačovice Spa was a great success, having been inducted into the prestigious Hall of Fame of the Diamonds of Czech Business ranking for the Zlín Region. Lázně Luhačovice was shortlisted by Dun & Bradstreet according to its long-term parameters. The final selection was then made by a panel of experts, who recognised Luhačovice Spa not only for its economic success, but above all for its commitment to responsible business practices and its commitment to sustainable operations, environmental values, success in traditional industries and its significant contribution to the development of the region.

"We see the award as a confirmation of the correctness of our long-term strategy to pursue a responsible business path in the spa and tourism industry. Our company places great emphasis on quality of service, pro-client approach, sustainability and innovation. We believe that success in these areas is the key not only to economic prosperity, but also benefits the entire town of Luhačovice," said Jiří Dědek, CEO of Lázně Luhačovice.

Dědek said that a good example is the long-term care of natural mineral resources, which the spa manages ten out of 13, or the investment of tens of millions of crowns in public spaces, which are used not only by spa guests but also by other visitors to Luhačovice.

"In economically challenging years, we have revitalized the greenery in the spa area, and in 2019 the reconstruction of the spa colonnade and Vincentka hall was completed. The most recent project is the rescue and reconstruction of the Jurkovič Sun Baths," concluded Jiří Dědek.
