Virtual reality rehabilitation has become increasingly important recently. Using special goggles with three-dimensional technology, the patient is guided to perform the exercises correctly, and thanks to gaming principles, more repetitions occur, which improves the results of rehabilitation even more.

"Continuous feedback between patient and therapist motivates an increase in the intensity and quality of exercise performance," the spa reported in the current issue of Spa List.

A great benefit is, for example, shifting the perception of the pain threshold, a sensory stimulating virtual world environment or visualization of the required actions.

"The virtual reality method of rehabilitation is now experiencing a booming development and is suitable for respiratory rehabilitation in addition to software modules suitable for musculoskeletal and chronic musculoskeletal pain, which is what we are trying to focus on." added Spa Luhačovice.

The town of Luhačovice is planning a building closure in the area of the historic core.
