Luhačovice Vocational Secondary School was awarded as a fair employer

The Fair Employer campaign is organized by the Zlín Region in cooperation with the Regional Chamber of Commerce. A total of 19 organisations participated in this year's edition. Of these, 1 small, 6 non-business, 5 large and 7 medium-sized organizations. The six-member evaluation committee consisted of representatives of the Zlín Region, the Regional Chamber of Commerce, the Labour Office and the Tomas Bata University in Zlín.

For the organizations that applied, the committee evaluated, for example, whether they offer flexible working hours to their employees, what benefits they provide, whether they support pro-family activities, whether they employ people with disabilities or how they support public benefit activities.

SOS Luhačovice has a tradition of more than 50 years, is included in the UNESCO network of schools and has won the title of "Secondary School of the Year" several times in the region, in a competition where students themselves vote to evaluate the school.
