Other preservation aids intended for doctors and other places where they are most needed were delivered to Luhačovice on Saturday by the Zlín Region. The town, which is a so-called municipality with extended jurisdiction (ORP), will distribute the shipment during Sunday. This will be done according to a list set by the region - especially to doctors and outpatient specialists practicing in the municipalities under the Luhačovice municipal district. This time, the shipment also includes disinfection, and compared to the first shipment, which arrived a week ago, it will go to even more places. "I am very glad that another expected batch of respirators and masks has arrived and this time it will also reach the medical staff of spa facilities," said the mayor of Luhačovice Marian Ležák.

Dispensing of supplies according to the list will take place on Sunday 29 March from 9 am to 2 pm at the Luhačovice Town Hall. The contact phone number is 724 190 305. "A total of 668 respirators, 61 smaller bottles of disinfectant, 11 five-litre canisters of disinfectant and 22 700 masks will be distributed within the Luhačovice municipality," said Milan Levkov, a crisis management officer at the Luhačovice municipal office.
In total, the Zlín Region distributed 48 650 masks, 20 660 respirators and almost 2 000 bottles of disinfectant to 13 municipalities with extended jurisdiction this weekend. In addition, 500 bottles of disinfectant went to bus carriers on Friday. Further deliveries of disinfection will then go to hospitals in the Zlín Region, social welfare areas and children's homes. The Zlín Region also received 2,231 protective suits from the Ministry of the Interior, which have already been taken over by paramedics and hospitals in the Zlín Region.
