News in the Municipal Swimming Pool: new turnstiles and changes in subscription accounts

In the Municipal Swimming Pool, the entrance equipment was replaced, during which the local layout was changed and new turnstiles were installed. Both are equipped with a clear display and chip collector. It is therefore possible to use both turnstiles when leaving.

"There was only one exit turnstile on the original ones. The new device is significantly faster, quieter and more convenient for the visitor," informed the management of the Municipal Swimming Pool.

There have been significant changes in the system of subscriber accounts. The Municipal Swimming Pool has newly introduced discount categories for subscribers: bronze, silver and gold, with each category providing different amounts of discounts on different products. Classification in a category depends on the amount of credit after the last recharge.

How does it work in practice?

Example: a subscriber has a balance of 200 crowns, which puts him in the bronze category with a 10% discount on admissions and no discount on the buffet. After recharging 3000 crowns, he will have a new balance of 3200 crowns and will automatically move to the silver category, where he will get a 15% discount on admissions and a 5% discount on buffet purchases.

"He will remain in this category until he has used up all his credit or recharged again. On each subsequent recharge, the system will re-evaluate the new credit balance and place the subscriber in the appropriate category accordingly. Simply put, the category is always changed based on the balance after the recharge, not the current balance when the credit is used."

Further changes regarding subscriber accounts

The minimum deposit for opening a new account is 1000 crowns. The chip is now free. When recharging, the minimum amount is 300 crowns.

"For discounted tickets (student, youth, ZTP, ZTP/P), you must show a valid ID at the ticket office once a year. Otherwise, the turnstiles will not let you in. Credit will be forfeited if there is no activity on the chip (entry, payment, recharge, etc.) for 2 years," adds the management of the Municipal Swimming Pool.
