In connection with the relaxation of the measures, public drinking fountains are also gradually opening. For example, the Nový Jubilejní spring, which is managed by Lázně Luhačovice, a.s., is in operation. The new Vincentka drinking fountain at the colonnade, Aloiska, Ottovka and Dr. Št'astný spring are also in operation.

The opening of the public drinking fountains of the Viola and Marie springs from 27 April was also announced by the Spa Treatment House Prague, which takes care of these springs. On its website, the LLD also reminds people that not only should they not forget to observe the various current precautions at the springs, but they should also not forget how people should behave there, given the importance of the springs themselves. "We ask visitors to keep the area clean, as it is a Grade 1 protection zone of natural healing mineral springs. Any pollution is punishable. Please note that there are cameras in the area," says LLD Praha.

The third of the Luhačovice spa companies, which manages the St. Joseph spring near the local church, has not yet opened the drinking fountain. The spring, which is operated by the Miramare Hotel, which is part of the Royal Spa group, has not been open yet this year, unlike some others. Before the company opened it after the winter, there was a government measure that banned the operation of public drinking fountains. However, Petr Válek, manager of the Miramare Hotel, hinted that the public could soon see the opening of this popular establishment. "We first have to have actual analyses of the samples carried out after a prolonged shutdown, and only on the basis of their results will the spring be able to be launched," explained Válek.
