The parade in period costumes passed from the city centre to Lázeňské náměstí, where a commented historical fashion show took place on the stage in front of the Social House. This year's Hat Day also saw the christening of an almanac dedicated to the so-called Airborne Exercise. Specifically, the anniversary associated with it this year - 110 years ago, women also started practicing this health exercise. Visitors could also see what such an airborne exercise looked like. This exercise, which originated in the Luhačovice spa, is accompanied by the singing of folk songs. Many of the visitors supported the performers not only by applauding, but also by humming along with the practitioners during the performance. In addition to aerial navigation, the parade also showcased how our ancestors dressed for other sports, such as cycling, hiking, tennis, and motoring. The Dixieland band Jazz books and a performance by the dance component of the Calma Guild, known as the Crazzy Fleppers, also added to the enjoyable mood of the event. There was also an imperial visit on Hat Day, where people could see a small military parade.
