PHOTOGALLERY: Luhačovice fair attracted crowds of people

Throughout the day there was a fair located in three places in the town. People enjoyed a variety of regional food, handicrafts and a wide range of refreshments. At 10:15 am, a festive mass was held in the church. There was also a thanksgiving to the parish priest Hubert Wojcik, who symbolically crowned his long and successful service in the local parish during the pilgrimage. Of course, the Luhačovice fair also included carousels and other fair attractions. This was both near the church, but also near the roundabout at the Penny market. Not far from this place there was also a temporary parking lot, which the town prepared for the visitors of the event. Thanks to the involvement of the Luhačovice Fire Brigade and the Řetechov Fire Brigade, a shuttle service was available throughout the day from the car park to the centre. Volunteer firefighters in cooperation with the Municipal Police also regulated traffic in the town, which significantly contributed to the smooth running of the whole event and the safety of all visitors. The opportunity to park comfortably and to drive from the parking lot to the center was very much appreciated by the people, because they did not have to deal with unnecessary worries and could, on the contrary, fully enjoy their visit to a well prepared fair.
