A few days ago it was 141 years since the birth of poet, singer and writer Marie Calma Vesely, who was the wife of the founder of the Luhačovice spa František Vesely. On the occasion of her birthday, the Calma Spa Fringe Association prepares a traditional Hat Day every year.
Lázeňské náměstí and its surroundings were flooded with people in period hats and costumes on Sunday, who presented themselves at a commented historical fashion show, during which the watching visitors had to literally hold their breath at the beauty and elegance of individual women's and men's models.
If you were unable to come to Luhačovice on Sunday in person, enjoy the unique atmosphere of the Hat Day at least through the photographs of Milan Mikšík!
