If you have bought a balaclava because of the threat of an epidemic, wear it! We'll give you tips on how to make a veil if you don't have one.

Every time you go out among people, put on a veil! No one will laugh at you! You're protecting yourself and others! It's not true that surgical drapes don't prevent infection. Even a surgical drape can significantly reduce the risk of infection! You can be a carrier of infection without even knowing it.

Unfortunately, there are no drapes on the market right now, but sew one yourself at home, it's easy! Use a 100% cotton fabric and choose a higher temperature when washing the drape (at least 60°C)

We give instructions for sewing the drape using the pictures below. (In the pictures, the version with elastic bands behind the ears, you can also sew it with drawstrings, see the instructions)You can also get inspiration elsewhere. For example, the rector of the Prague CTU suggests people to make a simple protective mask from PET bottles. More here.
