The Royal Spa group has signed a purchase agreement to take over the Niva Spa Hotel, which was one of four providers of spa and rehabilitation care in Luhačovice until last year. But in November last year, the original owners closed the hotel and it was put up for sale.
The actual takeover of the Niva Hotel by the Royal Spa group will take place after the transaction is completed in June. It will then be incorporated into the company of Spa Hotels Miramare Luhačovice, which already operates the Miramare and Antoaneta spa complex in Luhačovice.
The intention of the new owners is to reopen the Niva Spa Hotel before the start of the main summer season, i.e. by the end of June at the latest.
"On the one hand, we are happy and proud that our Luhačovice spa business, which started here 27 years ago, continues and develops, but on the other hand, it is also a great commitment and a challenging task to expand and expand our business in these extremely challenging and difficult times. We will do our best to build on all the good things at Hotel Niva and to prepare and provide our clients with the standard they are used to in the spa hotels of the Royal Spa Group as quickly as possible," commented Martin Plachý, General Manager of the Royal Spa Group.
The spa hotel Niva, located on the border of Luhačovice and Pozlovice above the Luhačovice dam, has about 60 rooms, several indoor and outdoor swimming pools, a wellness centre equipped with 6 saunas and other therapeutic facilities.
