Symfonie Restaurant defended two Golden Lions

The chefs here offer their guests an experiential gastronomy focused on international, but also modern Czech cuisine. Only fresh and quality ingredients are used in the cuisine, without which it is impossible in experiential gastronomy. Guests particularly like the concept of the three-course menus Libreto and Symphony. However, sought-after specialties can also be found in the permanent menu. However, every dish becomes stale at some point, which is why both the multi-course menu and the restaurant's permanent menu change several times a year. This is, of course, due to the seasonality of the ingredients used.

Grill & music

In the summer, Wednesday and Saturday barbecues on the covered terrace accompanied by live music are very popular. This year this offer has been extended until 18 September 2021.

The menu is accompanied by an interesting and varied selection of wines from small family-run wineries, especially from the Morava region. Wines from world winemakers are also represented on the menu. The composition of the wine menu and the work with wines are awarded by the Association of Sommeliers of the Czech Republic.

Awards

In the TOP LIFE CZECH competition, which evaluates the quality of Czech gastronomic facilities, the restaurant has defended two Golden Lions, which confirm the top gastronomy. According to Tripadvisor and Maurer's Grand Restaurant selection, the hotel has long been among the TOP 20 best establishments in the Czech Republic!
