The number of infected people in Luhačovice is minimal, the mayor appreciates people's attitude
"Luhačovice is still one of the areas least affected by the epidemic. I would like to thank all citizens for their attitude to the current situation, for keeping calm and wearing masks. I am happy to see how responsible everyone is and how they are complying with the prescribed regulations," said the mayor of Luhačovice, Marian Ležák.

as of 9 a.m. on Friday, March 27. According to the Czech Statistical Office, the total population of the region is 582,555 (source:
www.czso.cz/csu/xz). Thus, for a population of almost 600,000, there are less than a hundred infected. It can be seen, then, that the epidemic is fortunately under control for the time being, and this is certainly thanks to a number of measures and their strict observance.
