All citizens who shopped in the grocery store Prodejna u Sládků in Uherský Brod in the first half of March, i.e. from 1 to 14 March 2020, and had or have health problems of a respiratory nature, must immediately report to the Regional Hygienic Station of the Zlín Region at 601 096 524 or email covid19@khszlin.cz.

Jiří Čunek, the governor of the Zlín Region, is calling on the public to do so in accordance with the hygiene measures.
"I have asked the mayor of Uherský Brod, Ferdinand Kubáník, to spread this appeal to as many residents as possible and to use all available means of information,"added the mayor.
The mayor of Luhačovice, Marian Ležák, is therefore also appealing to all citizens living in Luhačovice and the surrounding villages who were in the shop during the period in question. "I ask everyone to be responsible. People must realise that if they could potentially be carriers of the disease, it is necessary that they take the necessary precautions. The fact that someone has been shopping in a certain shop is certainly no fault. However, if the person in question subsequently behaves irresponsibly and does not come forward, they are putting not only themselves but the general public at risk. In times of emergency, such behaviour would be unacceptable," Mayor Ležák noted.
