A parking lot will serve visitors during the Luhačovice fair on Sunday

The exhibition area is located on the approach to the town in the direction from Uherský Brod. At the roundabout near the Penny market it is necessary to turn off the main road towards the housing estate. The entrance to the paved parking area is located on the right side between the MAT Restaurant and the bridge over the river. Drivers will be guided to the parking lot by temporary traffic signs and also by volunteer firefighters assisted by the Municipal Police. Firefighters will be transporting visitors by minibuses from the parking lot to the center. There, the shuttle will be picked up and dropped off at a small parking lot right next to the Luhačovice Town Hall.

"We are glad that Luhačovice is once again a popular place for trips and people are enthusiastically returning here. Due to the pilgrimage with the fair, we can expect a really large number of visitors on Sunday. We therefore want to offer everyone the opportunity to park without problems and get to the centre easily," said Mayor Marian Ležák. The parking lots in Luhačovice have proved their worth in previous years, for example during the Song and Dance Festival or the traditional Opening of the Springs. "We ask visitors to take advantage of this opportunity this time as well. It is very convenient for them and will help them avoid unnecessary complications in transport, which is now affected by the ongoing reconstruction of the bus station, in addition to the usual summer influx of tourists. I also want to thank the Luhačovice Fire Brigade and the volunteer firefighters from the local part of Řetechov for helping us again with the operation of the emergency parking and shuttle service," concluded the mayor.
