Some places already had cameras operating during the first wave of the pandemic, such as the Church of the Assumption of the Virgin Mary in Holešov or the Church of the Holy Family in Luhačovice. Cameras everywhere welcome. "We are very happy for the camera," said Jerzy Walczak, the parish priest of the church in Holešov, back in the spring. The Luhačovice church was even one of the first to have this technology. Newly, worship services can also be watched via camera at the Church of St. James the Elder in Vlčnov, and extraordinarily, a camera was also in the church of St. Martin in Pozlovice.
The camera has only been installed in the church in Vlčnov for a short time. "Of course, the camera was welcomed by the locals. They are happy that they can at least look into the church in this way and watch the services. The camera transmission is also used by people who, due to a government regulation concerning the limitation of the number of people at a funeral, can at least watch the funeral ceremony remotely in this way," said Hubert Wójcik, the parish priest of the church in Vlčnov, who in the recent past worked in Luhačovice and was at the beginning of the webcam in the Church of the Holy Family.

Luhačovice wants to protect its historical centre
The town of Luhačovice is planning a building closure in the area of the historic core. The measure is intended to temporarily protect architecturally valuable sites from unregulated construction until the new zoning plan comes into force. The building closure is to apply to the spa colonnade or Jurkovič Avenue towards the Luhačovice dam. In other locations, on the other hand, the city is ready to support new construction.
