Free transport by regular buses will be introduced on the territory of the entire Zlín Region, including Luhačovice, with effect from Wednesday 18 March 2020. This is another measure against coronavirus.

Passengers will only board and alight buses through the back door, and will be required to wear masks or similar protective equipment.
"We want to protect drivers from coming into close contact with passengers potentially infected with coronavirus when paying. Passengers will only board and alight through the back door and will not pay fares. They will therefore travel free of charge, but we will ask them to protect their mouths and noses with masks or at least scarves, bandanas or handkerchiefs," said Jiří Čunek, the Zlín Region's governor.
Free travel is being introduced until 24 March. "We believe that by then all drivers will be equipped with the necessary protective equipment," added the hejtman Čunek.
In connection with measures against coronavirus, regular buses will travel on all routes from Wednesday 18 March until further notice. March according to the timetables that are in force during the summer holidays.The region is also not ruling out the possibility that connections to Brno and Ostrava will be reduced and has already cancelled some services that were used to transport people to Sunday services.
