"Thanks to the technology of automatic colouring of photos in MyHeritage In Color, which has been made available free of charge for a temporary period, we can present some of the hundreds of photographs of folk costumes from the collection of the Museum of Southeast Moravia in Zlín by ethnographer Antonín Václavík, the founder of the museum in Luhačovice - this time in colour. The pictures were taken in the vicinity of Luhačovice between 1917 and 1927," the museum informs on its Facebook page in a post published on 3 April. Besides Václavík's photos, there are many other great photos from the history of Luhačovice in the posts from the previous days. From the text information and images, people can also learn, for example, why the Elektra spring (and the Luhačovice cultural house after it) is called by that name. Many other interesting facts can be found, which will surely please all those who love the most beautiful Moravian spa. Among other things, a historical verse fairy tale with illustrations entitled "In that chapel in Luhačovice..."
