The road near the local part of Řetechov will be repaired
The Zlín Region is going to repair a part of the road between the local part of Luhačovice and Ludkovice. The investment plan was approved by the Council of the Zlín Region at its meeting on 13 July, along with four other construction projects on class II and III roads owned by the Region.

On the road III/49025: between Ludkovice and Řetechov, it is about ensuring the stability of the road body by a retaining wall based on piles, in the length of the modification of about 145 metres. The total cost will amount to CZK 22.953 million. The estimated date of construction works is August 2020 - December 2020. The construction will be carried out by the Road Directorate of the Zlín Region.
"The action is being prepared, it still depends on the approval of the subsidy from the State Fund for Road Transport, which should be finalized at the end of July," added Bronislav Malý, the director of the Regional Road Directorate. He also specified the location where the repairs will take place. It is to be a descent to Ludkovice near the junction where one can turn uphill from the Ludkovice/Pozlovice junction to Řetechov or turn towards Luhačovice.
Repairs will not be carried out without road traffic modifications. "The works will be carried out both during partial closure and, due to securing the slope with piles, we will not avoid a complete closure for the necessary time," Malý informed.
